The Clock is Ticking to 90

In a little more than two weeks, our beloved President Emeritus William "Bill" Lucy will turn 90 years old (Nov. 26). CBTU will celebrate his milestone birthday by hosting a grand reception in his honor on Sunday, Dec. 10, in Washington, DC
